apartment with large roof terrace and panoramic sea view

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. Everything was there that i needed, the terrace was a blessing on sunny mornings and late into the afternoon. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting somewhere quiet to relax and enjoy the walks and surroundings of Callao Salvaje. The bus stop directly outside the apartment is also a plus point and very easy to navigate the island. Thank you Patrick :)

The property is in a quiet area with restaurants and shops a 10 minute walk away and good access to the main road system. We loved the terrace where we spent a lot of time.

In the main amenities were good. Stayed for a month and struggled with the sofa and chairs. Beds all good and comfortable. Being on the main bus route was a plus for us. We explored all along the coast for next to nothing. Easy to get from the airport to here by bus so no need for expensive taxis.

Upon arrival we found that the beds had not been changed or made up, the whole place had not been cleaned and there was a basket with towels to be laundered left on the floor. This was very disappointing and annoying as we arrived at about 9.30pm simply wanting to heat our food, eat it and go to bed. So, we called VRBO and they try to contact the owner. The owner did respond and organised the cleaners to come the next day which they did. The toilet seat was broken but we managed to fix it temporarily, the hairdryer didn’t work properly and would overheat very quickly. We were there for 3 weeks, enjoyed the terrace, weather was mixed, parking is good and free, not far from shops and restaurants all walkable, motorway close at hand, plenty of large supermarkets that are a short drive away. The flat to be honest needs a bit of TLC. However, the terrace on the roof tends to compensate for that. WiFi is good and we were able to connect our Now Box to the tv and get Netflix etc and mirror with my iPhone too. This was important during the Atlantic storm and the dust cloud from the Saharan desert. The owner Patrick kindly let us stay over the normal departure time as our flight was late. All in all despite our poor start we had a pleasant peaceful time and enjoyed our holiday.
