דירה חדשה ויפה, מיטות נוחות. חנייה נוחה מאוד, מיקום טוב עם בתי קפה וחנויות. מתאים למשפחה.
בחדר הורים השירותים והמקלחת מופרדים מהחדר בדלתות זכוכית חלבית לא אטומות, פחות מתאים לשני אנשים בחדר. לאדם אחד זה לא יפריע.

דירה יפה, נוחה מאוד למשפחה עם 3 ילדים ( 8, 12, 15) , חניה צמודה, איבזור במטבח כמעט מלא, למטה יש מכולת ושלומי שנתן תחושת נוחות ושירותיות גבוהה
אין ארון בחדר אחד שבו יש את חדר הרחצה מה שמצריך לשים בגדים בחדר אחר. לא שאבו את הספות ואין יאה למקרה שרוצים לטאטא( בנוסף מאחורי המנגל יש הרבה ליכלוך) והמקום מאוד מואר בסלון אין וילונות או תריסים ובחדרים למרות שיש וילונות אין חושך מוחלט
