Serene Apartments

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend! ☺️

The only downside was the window cleaner, who popped up every 30 minutes like he was in a race with the dust. 😄 A little more privacy would have been nice.

I really liked how beautifully the house is built, the sight was great from my room. The place is maintained to be beyond clean.

Nice location, nice staff and very spacious facilities.

Need more attention on cleaning, stock the bathroom and the kitchen with cleaning supplies.

The beautiful design of the apartment

The apartment was beautiful, however the service was poor. The bathroom light wasn't working from day one, and the TV was problematic, the fridge wasn't working either and they gave towels with orange stains on them. I alerted them to all the above concerns but nothing was done until we left. We booked for 5 nights. The area has a lot of mosquitos, because of the forest behind the building. They could or should provide either mosquito nets or insect repellent plug in for their guests. We spent the nights fighting off mosquitos even after spraying the rooms with insect repellent which we bought. Towels and beds are not changed, even for a 5 night stay, which is appalling.
