It was accessible and close to the City Centre. It was easy speak with the owner and there were no hidden charges. Payment was at the property and with things the way they were purported to be on booking.com. Breakfast was amazing and the help from owners helpful.

It's not fancy but very comfortable and homy feeling. Helpful and friendly staff. I never have to find someone to open the gate, they are always around. Hot water shower! Comfortable and clean room with privacy. I am happy with the stay.

I had the ridiculously long bus from Rusumo border. I tried to reach the host or taxi driver they suggested using whatsapp in the afternoon, however no one responded. No one replied my message from booking for 24 hrs before my checkin. Then the taxi driver they suggested finally replied me and picked me up at the bus stand. They said they know where to go but they were unable to find the right way and kept going back and forth around the guesthouse. I was exhausted and starving. I had 0 patience and directed them the way using Google map. Everything's fine once I arrived but I will not suggest you to use their driver. I am really disappointed and sad about the experience. Ask any taxi driver to drop you at Wiwo hospital then you will find their entrance.

Seraphina and Moise are both easy to work with plus i liked the shared facilities as well as level of flexibility by Seraphina. Mattresses are good, place is cozy and comfortable infact homely thanks to the manager.
