Very comfy and spacious rooms, which was much appreciated after doing a multi day trek! The owner was very friendly and served a tasty breakfast in the morning, which was ready at the agreed time. Very near the bus station (5 minute walk) so perfect if you had a morning bus the next day! (although a bit of a walk away from the city centre)

I think it would have been good to give guests a key to the property so we didn’t have to knock everytime we wanted to come in - although this wasn’t a major issue for us really I would also maybe put a sign up outside the building or on the door indicating where the guesthouse is as we struggled to find it initially.

Very good breakfast and kind staff. They where welcoming while giving me room in there home

The location was convenient for us as we got to Karakoll by bus and it is minutes from the bus station. However it is 15 km away from the ski base.

The room we got was a bit too chilly to our liking. Turns out, the windows were not properly insulated.. Also, there was no room in any of the wardrobes drawers to put our clothes.
