Great location. Comfortable bed. Decent studio apartment. Friendly staff.
Maintenance is spotty. Coordination between hosts and building maintenance was lacking. Apparent AI answering text communication via Booking.com app was overly polite to the point of being kind of creepy.

Once we received the email with directions and information how to find the place, it was 100% good choice for us to stay our first two nights in our holiday.
No complaints. However you need to be patient and wait instructions which you will get few hours before checking in. This is not a hotel or hostel. It is a very good quality apartment.

Ótima localização e facilidade para checkup
Tinha uma trava da janela quebrada que dificultou abrir a já janela no primeiro dia, é uma vizinhança conturbada que resultou até uma visita da polícia no quarto que estávamos hospedados e nos fizeram algumas perguntas, houve gritarias dois dias seguidos de uma mulher.
