Venice Marina Pool and Spa Luxury Condo

Good location, easy to get everywhere. We walked to Starbucks and the grocery store a couple of times. 5 minute or less drive to the marina if you don’t feel like walking. Pool view from balcony. Nice sized bathrooms. We could tell property had been cleaned, it smelled nice, couch vacuumed and everything.

When we got there the place looked very nice and clean. The videos he emailed were very helpful and we got to the condo easily. it was a little stuffy so we kicked on the a/c. Went to eat and came back to the a/c dripping water all over the floor in front of the right bedroom. Went to grab a towel and there was also water all over the bathroom floor in front of the sink. When we opened the cabinet under the sink there was a large plastic bowl full of water. They were draining the a/c into the water line under the sink but the water line was not connected. This was a known issue because there was a bowl already there. I called the number from the booking and let him know what was going on. He seemed surprised and said he would try to have someone out tomorrow. We spent the next day away from the condo so they could get it fixed. Got back and the towel was still on the floor with water dripping from the a/c. I let him know no one came by. He told me the next day they should be there. We continued to jump over the towel and not walk under the vent, dump the water from under the sink and clean up the floor under the a/c vent. He called and told us they would probably be there until 5 or 6 PM fixing the lines, so again we stayed away from the condo after we left in the morning. I was never rude or complained, I understand things happen. He told me he would refund us a day because of the inconvenience. After a month and a half, that has not happened. I’m disappointed because we really did everything we could to help maintain the property while we were there and kept cleaning up and dumping the water so the cabinet and floor would not be ruined. It was an inconvenience for 3 of the days we were there, a refund for a day seemed like the right the to do. That’s why people end up being Karen’s and acting crazy. I’m still waiting.

Está grande, tiene mucho espacio, está suuuper ordenado y se vio que limpiaron casa rincón antes de que entráramos y aspiraron, tiene todo para cocinar, o lavar, o para sentirte en casa. Tiene una ubicación excelente.

No me gustó que el baño que está fuera del cuarto tiene fuga en una llave y le pusieron un bote pequeño para que ahí cayeran las gotas y si te vas más de 3 horas ( que es normal porque vas a turistear) se moja todo el baño y se sale hasta el pasillo y hay que limpiar todo. Y también cuando prendes mucho rato el aire acondicionado igual de ese cuarto frente a la lavadora gotea mucho de arriba y también se moja el piso.

Private apartment, suited our family’s travel plans. Nice view of community’s courtyard pool area sitting in the unit’s living room for early morning fresh air and relaxation. Communicative and responsive host. Mattress was comfortable and many small thoughtful touches like smart tv options and compact garage parking space included (if renting a car, keep it compact for parking ease). You can shop Ralph’s within a block or so. Lots of food and beverage and activity options within a short drive or walk. Beautiful location near the Marina. We’d stay here again!

Linens and all rugs could use a refresh to compare with other luxury properties. Basic (think amazon basics/walmart) thin polyester linens undermine any luxury claim in the bedrooms, however the mattresses are good and comfortable, so this would be a simple and relatively inexpensive fix. The building’s corridors could use a deep cleaning for sure, and there are definitely full time weed smoking neighbors living in the same building as soon as you exit the building elevator, but these things may be outside the host’s control, and thankfully it’s not a problem in the actual unit once you make it inside. Myself and the other adult both noticed the unit is probably due for a replacement HVAC filter as of March 2026, another simple fix. Host has no problem getting any concerns addressed, so no major issues would diminish staying here overall.
