La posizione in quartiere silenzioso con vista panoramica, la pulizia e l'ampiezza degli ambienti.
Sicuramente il fatto di non avere un interlocutore con cui rapportarsi de visu è penalizzante. _Gli ambienti sono spartani, qualche semplice accorgimento (cestini e tappetini nei bagni, set saponi di cortesia, un paio di bottiglie d'acqua nel frigorifero) potrebbero rendere l'abitazione più confortevole. Inoltre, in una delle due camere, abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di un materasso a molle vetusto che dovrebbe essere sostituito. Scarne anche le informazioni sull'uso dell'impianto di condizionamento.
