New Loft 3 min to CMU Pitt Sleeps 4

It is spacious. It has an air filter though it was noisy. Kitchenette was very clean.

There was no staff on site. No carpeting, so was very noisy when there are others outside the room.

Communication with host was great and instructions were clear about getting into the accommodation and parking. Room was spacious, clean, with a smart TV and nice bathroom. Fridge space is generous.

Area can be a bit hard to get to if you are using public transit, but if you get a car it’s less of an issue and the garage is nice. Walls are thin, so if your neighbors are loud, you will hear them. Bedside lamps would be a boost.

It was clean and great location, close to UPitt.

It was a little loud on Saturday night. Needs bedside lamps.

The locations was very convenient. The building felt secure. Check in and check out was easy.

The walls were so thin, I could hear the conversations of my neighbors. Unit 102 is also next to the main door. It was awful. Everytime someone came in or out the whole wall to the building shook. Even with ear plugs I could hear it. I was up till 2am because of my neighbors (who weren’t being excessively loud) and then awake at 7am because of people coming in an out. There is NO soundproofing under the doors connecting to the hall or to the neighboring unit. Also, there were no side lamps and the light switches were at the front of the room. I had to use my phone to navigate to the bed every night. The whole experience was uncomfortable. Also, they lied about having free onsite parking. It was either paid garage, or street parking. That is not the same thing as “Free Parking” which they had all over their listing. I don’t want to leave my rental car on the street. Also there were maintenance issues. The fridge had a crack on it, du k tape covered a whole on the floor.
