First, the shower water was cold. The technician had to come twice, even though our belongings were there, to look at it. They finally told us the water heater was too small and we had to wait 40 minutes between showers, even though this information wasn't mentioned on the website. There wasn't enough toilet paper, the apartment was dirty, and the bathroom smelled musty. On the last day of our stay, when we used the toilet, all the water spilled onto the bathroom floor. Very poor value for money.
