Die Lage ist gut
Die Räume sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer ist rustikal (mit Weihnachtsdeko im Juni) und das andere "modern" - beide eher ungemütlich. Überall Fliesenboden. Der Wäscheständer im Flur mit allen Handtüchern - nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Bett zerknittert, als ob schon jemand vorher drin war. Küchenstuhl mit Flecken am Bezug, ebenso die Bettwäsche. Der Wasserkocher verkalkt, Geschirr im Schrank verklebt, z.B. Sieb mit Resten der Vormieter... Der kleine Tisch und Klappstuhl im Freien, verschmutzt. Hier muss man selber sauber machen um sich wohlzufühlen. Daher würde ich die Wohnung eher für Reisende (z.B. mit Tier) empfehlen, die viel unterwegs sind.
