You enter the balcony from the street side via a staircase. The heart of the apartment is the large kitchen-living room with access to the balcony. Off this room is the bedroom, which features a French double bed, a wood-burning stove, and a walk-in closet with a sleeper sofa. On the other side, through the hallway, you reach the master bedroom with access to the bathroom.
The studio features a large room with another wood-burning stove, a table with benches, two sleeper sofas, and a single bed. There is also another bathroom with a corner bathtub.
Münsing is idyllically situated above Lake Starnberg. The Ammerland district, located directly on the lake, is 2 km away.
Münsing has a typical Bavarian pub, the “Alter Wirt,” in the town center. There’s also an Italian restaurant near the sports field. There is also a wine shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, a fruit and vegetable store (no supermarket), a post office, an ice cream shop, and a savings bank.
You can take the bus to Starnberg and Wolfratshausen, from where you can take the train to Munich and the Alpine foothills. The highway is 3 km away.
