Amplasarea in centrul localitatii si faptul ca nu a fost nevoie de aer conditionat.
Localizat intr-o parcare plina de praf, nu doar putin, denumita gradina, cu tomberoane de gunoi care se ridica in fiecare noapte la ora 02.00, galagie pana noaptea tarziu. Locatarii permanenti de la etaj arunca gunoi de la etaj, laturi din ligheane si fumeaza canabis, zilnic de la ora 17.30. Masinile de spalat rufe au scurgere in gradina din spate, fiind amplasate pe terasa. Proprietarul nu s-a sinchisit sa reactioneze decat la informarea ca voi informa Politia, apoi sustinand ca este miros de portocal, desi canabisul miroase diferit. Nu exista nici un "sea view" decat o priveliste spre un bloc aflat la cca 6 metri, desi in descriere este mentionat sea view. Invazie cu furnici si in fata si in spatele apartamentului, baia foarte ingusta si cu inaltime foarte mica. Daca pornesti boilerul de apa, uneori sar sigurantele.
