Kumeu stay, perfect for the little town

Clean, good facilities. Great that it had two bedrooms and parking.

Garden a little untidy. Tea selection minimal.

Needs Aircon! We arrived late evening and walked into a sauna with the temp around the 30 degrees in the rooms with the windows and sliding door open. The fans supplied in each room didn’t help. I acknowledge I did not read the booking profile or feedback on the property. When I did I realised this is a known issue. Not having Aircon is a major fault and I would not re-book this place in-less this is improved.

Perfect location for our one night. Clear instructions for entry. Appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop our bags early. Very clean and comfortable.

I would recommend for 1 night

It was very clean and modern with easy parking and instructions

The accommodation didn’t provide tea, milk, sugar etc which was a shame. I would’ve liked a cup of tea in the evening, but travelling for one night, I can’t buy a box of tea bags and milk. The bedroom blind was also a few inches too narrow so the room was flooded with light at sunrise. The property shares a wall with the main house and it is quite loud while the owners are at home.

I was a bit confused when I arrived as it looked like a house someone was living in. Then I read the instructions and they were very clear. Once I followed them I found the lockbox no problem.

The propery includes everything you need in an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable. The owner is responsive and nice.

Note there is no stove in there so you cannot actually cook. It is basically like a 2 bedroom hotel unit.

Cosy home in quiet street of Kumeu

Spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen in new home. Semi-detached from main house, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette w dining table.

Location, close to venue I attended for a wedding reception. Very clean and comfortable.

The communication with the host was amazing, we felt very welcomed into their space and had a very enjoyed stay over the weekend. The beds were super comfy, the shower was amazing, the kitchen facilities we top notch. The location was perfect, tucked away from all the rush but close enough to town should we have needed to go. Thank you so very much : )

Amazing Stay – Cozy, Clean, and Friendly!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome—the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotlessly clean and had such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was peaceful, and we loved relaxing in the comfortable living area after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Woke up to a screaming pump outside, I didn't read the fine print so no tea/coffee/milk/TV, not expecting that and heard the washing machine from the attached house, outside grounds needs a clean up

Location was great for us. Unit is tiny but we knew that. Very clean but no tea towel.

Towels didnt dry No wine glasses No Tv grounds outside scruffy. No shelter over entrance when raining. Told to not wear shoes inside bit no mat at door
