We enjoyed their view of the harbor & park. It was serene and quiet in the apartment, even when a major event was happening outside. Bed and bedding are very comfortable; the kitchen was perfectly stocked with the tools to cook. Entire apartment was very clean, neat and well appointed. There is a lift to help with heavy luggage.
I would encourage the owner to consider adding a step stool to reach upper shelves as kitchen seems to be designed for tall people. There were no hooks or closets to hang coats, hats and pressed outfits, nor area for shoes. There was a lack of communication before we arrived. Once we were ready to check-in they verbally communicated and texted relatively quick.
