Location+Comfort+Convenience

There is lots to like. It is a stone’s throw from Maverick subway station -one stop to the airport and about three from downtown. There are restaurants (esp Mexican/latin American and Italian) and convenience stores right around the corner. Inside the three bedrooms were a good size and comfortable and ideal for our group. There is a bathroom and separate shower room. The place has real character incl the very slightly sloping floor in the top bedroom and has well maintained stripped floors. There is a well equipped kitchen and iron/iron board and (though we didn’t use them) a washer and dryer and thoughtful touches such as water bottles, sweets (candies) and toothpaste. And the cleaner had done a great job keeping the two storey maisonette spotless

Nothing but for those with mobility issues the internal staircases are steep and narrow Two codes are required to enter the property - we found it straightforward in practice so don’t be daunted

Easy to find from airport and directions about entry very clear.

Need more info about surrounding area and shorter walks as area was brilliant

We arrived from an evening flight with snacks on the table. Plenty of amenities and room. Very close to the t-line and convenience store.

Slopping floors but this can’t be helped

Posizione buona vicino alla metropolitana e a due fermate dal Centro. Host gentile e disponibile a risolvere le nostre esigenze.

Accesso alle camere difficile per via di scale strette e con pendenza elevata . Pavimento inclinato anche notevolmente nelle camere da letto. Quartiere non interessante.
