It was clean, quiet and a nice place to come back to after a long day at work. Also all communication was timely and professional.

I thought they’d be a washing machine in the property. But that was a small thing.

I have stayed at this property for several weeks over the summer and I am moving to another room for a further three weeks. The rooms are well-equipped - no TV but good broadband and ideal for remote working with comfortable work chairs and plenty of desk space. The kitchen space has a two ring hob, microwave and fridge. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have good shower facilities. On the top floor there is a laundry room, which is best used via an app. On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable lounge area, which is generally pretty quiet.

A broom or dustpan and brush for each room or floor would be handy.

The amazing position near Ladywell station, the view from the window that lets you see Canary Warf, the price, the staff that was really nice with us, the communication via Booking.

It wasn't very clean: the shower had dirty spots on the ceiling, the floor was sticky. The bed wasn't very comfortable and I would have loved to have 2 more pillows but I couldn't get them after my request.
