Lovely stay!

The chalets were stunning, we were able to see the northern lights from inside our chalet. The service was great, everyone was very kind and responsive to our requests. Great wine selection.

Dinner was expensive and a buffet, the options could be improved too. The location can be hard for Ubers to find, but the hotel was very helpful with talking on the phone with drivers to give them directions.

A magical experience under the snow

It’s brand new, very clean, food was great and staff is extremely nice and helpful we felt very welcomed

Few things that are not really bad but maybe unfortunate on the days we were here the jacuzzi was closed for maintenance so we couldn’t enjoy the experience under the snow, and I think because they are new and little on the hill, no pick ups are available for the activities and no shuttles to go to the city center so might cost you on uber and taxis. It’s more a magical place to relax and retreat.

The service was amazing. They helped us with everything and even made a special menu for me because Im vegetarian. The rooms are very cute. The hotel is in a good location.

Enjoyed our stay

Great views of the northern lights . Out of town to get natural beauty but easy ride to Santa Claus village, town and airport . Loads of taxis . Great staff … very friendly and helpful . Overall enjoyed our stay and perfect base for exploring local highlights .

Limited sauna hours 5-8pm . Communal all one space , could split to bar area , Restaurant to make cosier . Buffet style dinner . Would prefer al a carte

Otelimiz çok yeni bir oteldi. Odalardaki ekipmanların hepsi çok düzgün çalışıyordu. Odalar çok ferah ve yeterli boyuttaydı. İçerisinde Kahve makinesi,kettle saç kurutma makinesi vardı. Odalar hergün temizleniyordu ve eksikler tamamlanıyordu. Oda yeterince sıcaktı. Ayrıca havanın açık olduğu her gün kuzey ışıklarını rahatlıkla görebiliyorduk. Yemekler çok özenle hazırlanmış ve çok lezzetliydi. Ayrıca yarım pansiyon olması harika bir özellik. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle garsonumuz İli Mari ve resepsiyondaki Nina çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Otel çok sakin ve huzurluydu. Spa ve jakuzisi çok güzeldi. Kendimizi orda çok mutlu hissettik. Çok teşekkürler.

Tesis özellikle çocuklu aileler için sıkıcı olabilir. Aktivitesi olmayan bir otel. Sakinlik ve huzur arayanların yeri. Santa clauss köyüne (yaklaşık 15dk)ve aktivite servis güzergahlarına biraz uzak. Havaalanına da yaklaşık 20dk uzaklıkta.Biz her gün taksiye binmek zorunda kaldık.

Boa mas esperava mais considerando que o resort é 5 estrelas e acabou de ser inaugurado.

Do quarto em si principalmente da janela de vidro do teto ao chão.

O banheiro muito pequeno e muito frio, o sistema de calefação não estava funcionando direito e tb os amenities(shampoo/shower gel etc) de péssima qualidade.Teve um dia que limparam o quarto mas não deixaram toalhas de banho. Tb não tem como se comunicar com a recepção pq não tem interfone nos quartos, então tivemos que pegar o telefone no booking.com e ligar pro hotel.O café da manhã tb muito pobre .Na noite do ano novo o valor cobrado pelo buffet foi 125 euros por pessoa mas a qualidade da comida muito pobre com pouca variedade.No café da manhã do dia 01.01 serviram o resto dos doces que sobrou da noite anterior um absurdo. O salão onde foi servido o café da manhã estava tudo sujo, não limparam depois da celebração do ano novo!

El sitio es precioso

Sofa para el niño no era nada de comodo. Colchon de cama matrimonio era 10 cm. No es 5*. No hay room service, reception no era 24h, neverita vacia. De nivel de servicio que hay es 3*. Comida es 4 platos. Desayuno y cena muy pobre. De comida hemos pasado mal.
