Location, high quality furnishings, large rooms, bathrooms exceptional. Private drive, good parking. Near lovely pub. Host welcoming & attentive.
More crockery would have been beneficial. Recommend a dustpan & brush and vacuum cleaner.

Very quaint cottage and beautiful countryside all around. We were attending a wedding and the venue was five minutes away. This sleeping quarters were quite comfortable and the accommodations were perfect for our party of five. if we come to the countryside in the UK, we will try it to stay at this cottage.

High quality furniture, fittings and fixtures. Good amount of space throughout the cottage. Very pretty decor. Warm with instant pretty electric flame fire and good TV.
Bathrooms were excellent. Good size parking space for one car.
Good pub close by. View over fields was peaceful.
Not keen on finding food left in freezer and cupboards. Carpet needs a good deep clean. And the bedding (although high quality) on the upstairs bed was not fully dry for the 1st night. Outdoor sitting area very basic.
Poor visibility for entering and exiting the property. Not helped by speeding traffic (even though it’s only a B road and supposed to be 30mph).

The location was close to the event we attended and the location was peaceful.
The toilet/bathroom door jammed with a senior in it, it was a bit of a scare. There was no microwave in the house and it wasn’t discovered until after my late return to the house.
