Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer und einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang direkt auf den geräumigen und geschützten Balkon, auf dem sich gut frühstücken lässt. Zum riesigen Sandstrand sind es ca 200 Meter. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und kleinem Grill und vielen Küchenutensilien, für uns völlig ausreichend, im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne. Dazu gehört ein Parkplatz der nur mit Chip angefahren werden kann. Positiv ist der Aufzug.

The view is just incredible!❤️ Fantastic apartment for a couple or a couple and 1 person, 2 double sofabeds in the lounge which are extremely comfortable. Lots of cushions, pillows, blankets, bedding and towels to last a week. Tea towels, kitchen paper, tin foil and cling wrap, condiments and herbs, teabags and sugar for your first hot drink, cold bottled water in the fridge, shower gel, wash up liquid, hand soap, bin bags and loo roll all supplied too! Absolutely blown away by the kitchen equipment, literally EVERYTHING you need, including a brand new combi oven/air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, blender, juicer..it was just like being at home! Lovely dining on the balcony watching boats come in and out and people pass by all day and evening and shutters on the balcony window then electric shutters in the lounge blocked out all street noise allowing peaceful sleep. Behind another shutter on the balcony is every piece of cleaning equipment you could need and 2 different types of beach chairs plus a maiden and pegs for drying swim wear/washed through clothes. The separate bathroom and toilet was really handy too! Public transport from Argeles port is superb with both the #540 bus and tourist train stops just 400m away. Argeles beach is 200m away and you can get to Racou beach in a 20 minutes walk. A little market is held on the port twice weekly for local produce and there is an excellent Boulangerie for fresh pastries and bread open daily. The nearest supermarket FranPrix is only 15 minutes walk right in the heart of Argeles tourist area with shops, bars and restaurants galore. We really didn't want to come home!
