About this apartment rental
In the Mediterranean, in the heart of the Catalan country, in one of the sunniest regions of France, we offer our beautiful apartment with stunning views over the marina and the Massif des Albères.
Type T2 with cabin and a capacity of 4 to 6 people, located on the 1st floor of a beautiful residence, everything has been designed and fitted out for your well-being and comfort.
Thus, air conditioning, wireless internet, a large flat screen, new bedding and quality linens, pillows and duvets provided, dishwasher and washing machine, as benefits among others that will make you appreciate your stay.
You have direct access to the marina and shops. The beach is about 200m walk from the promenade along the harbor, the Spanish border (the Perthus) 30 minutes by car, Barcelona and Perpignan two hours to 20 minutes.
On the south-east, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a closed and secure luxury residence with private parking. Its area is 36m2 + veranda of 6m2 + terrace 6m2 + 2m2 balcony.
It is composed of :
- A living room with a buffet, a round table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed BZ (140x200)
a coffee table, a TV stand and a flat screen full HD 102cm.
- A Loggia (veranda) with a bay window opening side lounge and another terrace opening side composed of a wrought iron table with glass top and four chairs with seat cushions.
- A terrace in the extension of the Loggia with direct views of the marina: 3 folding chairs and a small side table.
- A room with a balcony overlooking the harbor with a double bed 160x200, 2
two night tables with lamps, a closet with wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
- A kitchen with hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer 2 doors, a mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a blender, a Panini machine, a Grill- raclette ...
- A small cabin room type with 2 bunk beds (80x200) and a cot for baby.
- A small clearance at the entrance
- Separate WC
- A bathroom with a vanity and a tub with shower.

º Arrival from 16h and departure before 12am.
º Discount depending on length: 5% on the second week and 10% on the third week rental.

The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and in a great location for beaches, restaurants, cafes and the marina. Secure parking and easy access to all needs. A perfect break.

Loved the location, the view, the apartment had everything you needed, ease of finding great bars n restaurants and walking distance to lovely beach. Although above a restaurant, no disturbance to be honest almost forgot it was their.

The apartment is in a good location with a private parking space allocated. The entry system is secure and well maintained, spotlessly clean and with a lift to the first floor.
Lucie contacted us to arrange meeting on our arrival and showed us round the apartment, explaining how everything worked. First impression was that it was smaller than expected, especially the bedroom which has a large comfortable bed but no room for anything else, although there is enough wardrobe storage space.
The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and is a bit claustrophobic. It is tiny.
All of the appliances worked and the loggia and outside balcony were very good for eating and drinking overlooking the port.
The restaurant immediately below the apartment was very busy from about 6 until 10.30 so was quite noisy and played the same appalling music day after day! I asked the owner to change it, which he did for 1 day and then it was back to the same awful stuff!
There are loads of shops and restaurants along the port and a good mini-market about 100 meteres away and a local boulangerie just around the corner.
The beaches are all nearby and there are nice views across the marina to Collioure and the mountains beyond.
Overall, it was fine for just 2 of us but would be cramped for more adults. Whilst the beaches are fine young children or non swimmers could not go in the sea as there is a steep drop into the water.
