The host was super informative and we had great communication, the apartment was easy to find and as described, bonus for me that he had a freezer and a hair dryer! The aircondition was working perfect (big trouble usually during summer) , plus the television was small but had apps like netflix etc.

The toilet seat was a bit uncomfortable but nothing special to mention , wc area was fine! The area is accessible through car or bus , but its a bit strange during the night!

It was in a very good location. We were within feet of one of the major tram stops, or, we were within a 10 to 15 minute walk of most of the major sites.

The apartment was lovely. The TV worked well, the AC was fabulous, the shower and bathroom was good, and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook a great meal. The apartment was very clean. There was a touch of hallway noise…people going up and down the stairs…but it wasn’t super bad. There was very little street noise when you had the windows closed. The REALLY great thing about this apartment was the location…you’re within a 15 to 20 minute walk to almost all attractions in town. In addition, there was a major tram stop right around the corner. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and tons of really good bakeries were very close. The person renting the apartment to us was very helpful and easy to contact, via WhatsApp, if we had any questions. All in all, our stay was a good solid stay. We would consider their staying there again.

Excellent location for our purposes. Close to tram (1 change from airport) / train line to Monte Carlo & Italy / local bus stop across the road. Supermarket & shopping centre just a 5 minute walk (on the same road!) Overall, a cool (air conditioning was a huge bonus), well thought out & designed home from home. Liked having a large fridge/freezer & we did end up cooking a couple of nights - because it was so well set up, saving us approx.€50-75 / night.

The shop directly below the property played loud music until closing time (11-midnight), but we used earplugs, so not a major issue, but something to be aware of.

We loved how close it was to the metro line. Extremely charming and very good price for the stay!
