Ilmalämpöpumppu! Asunto oli tilava. Sohva napakka ja hyvä istua. Lemmikit sallittu :o) Ympäristö rauhallista kerrostalo/omakotialuetta, jossa hyvät maastot koiran kanssa lenkkeilyyn.
Melko mielenkiintoinen tämän asunnon sijainti entisen liiketilan alakerrassa (varasto tms. osuudesta tehty asunto). Ruuanlaittovälineitä ja astioita oli niukasti. Ei astian-tai pyykinpesukonetta. Siivouksessa olisi parannettavaa. Vessa/suihku tarvitsisi ehdottomasti lastan (koko vessa kastui kun kävi suinkussa) tai kunnolliset suihkuseinän (verho on riittämätön).
