Sijainti oli hyvä. Kiva, kompakti asunto kahden yön majoittumiseen. Kaikki Lahden viisi nähtävyyttä näkyivät viidennen kerroksen ikkunasta (Kolme hyppyrimäkeä ja kaksi mastoa). Paikallinen bussikuski kertoi Lahden nähtävyyksistä :).
Porraskäytävän erittäin voimakas homeen haju tunkeutui asuntoon. Eteisen välioven ollessa auki, homeen haju levisi myös muualle asuntoon. Tästä olisi hyvä tietää etukäteen, herkimmät, altistuneet eivät pysty majoittumaan.
