Stylish Fully Renovated Luxe 3BR, 2BA Balmain Terrace near Parks, Ferry, Cafes & Pubs

We had a wonderful stay at your home. The house was spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented with everything we needed for our family holiday. The location was perfect, lovely neighborhood with easy access to cafes, shops and transport. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The only small thing we noticed was that the kitchen knives could use some sharpening.

The property was newly refurbished, clean and well appointed with cutlery and crockery and a large dining table. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and spacious with ample wardrobe space. The aircon worked well and the wooden trunk with various games for all ages was an added bonus.

The lounge area lacked comfort, with only a small couch and two free standing chairs you’d find in a clinic, which failed to seat the total number of people in our party. These furniture items may look stylish but totally lack any kind of comfort. There is ample space for a L shaped family sized lounge. This lack of suitable seating also extended to the courtyard in the back. Such a beautiful space with a bbq but only a small coffee table and 4 white plastic chairs, so no where to sit and eat/ chat outside or lounge and not enough chairs for all guests to be seated. This was a big disappointment for us.
