Das Haus ist für 6 Personen recht geräumig, modern ausgestattet und verfügt über eine nette windgeschützte Terrasse. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Hollum. Mindestens Fahrräder sind demnach während eines Aufenthaltes hilfreich, insofern man nicht mit dem PKW anreisen möchte. Ansonsten befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche und mit Handtüchern war äußerst dürftig. Es waren zwei Weingläser für 6 Personen und kaum Kochutensilien vorhanden. Die Ausstattung an Handtüchern umfasste 1 Duschhandtuch + 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person für ein langes Wochenende. Keine zusätzlichen Handtücher z. B. für das Gäste-WC und auch keine Duschvorleger vor der offenen Dusche.

Gezellige en hele ruime accommodatie met een mooi uitzicht.
De accommodatie was helaas erg vies. Bedlinnen zaten vlekken op, ontzettend stoffig, haren op de stoelen en in bedden, en de keuken was slecht schoongemaakt (vies servies in de kasten, en nog een oude volle koffiefilter in het apparaat). Ook was het servies, zoals bijvoorbeeld de wijnglazen niet compleet voor 6 personen.
