Şirin Hanım hem çok profesyonel hem de çok misafirperverdi, özellikle yaptığı Pişilere doyamadık.
Check-in ve resepsiyon çok zayıf, böyle güzel bi otelin işetmesi çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Turizm ve otelcilik konusumda çok eksikleri var.

El hotel es bonito, con dos piscinas y zona de hamacas y relax. La ubicacion es tambien muy buen, a 15 min andando de las calles mas centricas de Alaçati,llenas de restaurantes y tiendas. Aparcamiento disponible en la puerta.
La gestion es pesima, hay una falta de personal profesional. Da la sensacion de ser gestionado por un grupo de amigos que estan pasando alli el rato.
Reservamos una triple y la habitacion solo estaba preparada para 2 personas, la tercera cama no tenia ni sabanas. Por toallas solo nos dieron pequeñas. Tuvimos que pedir sabanas y hacer nosotras la cama. Pedimos toallas de ducha y nos dijeron que estaban en la lavanderia (eran ya mas de las 14h hora establecida para el check-in) y que luego nos las darian, pero nunca las tuvimos.
Ademas el personal solo habla turco, nada de ingles
