GAIA Alaçatı Bazaar

GAIA Alaçatı Bazaar has a great location, making it easily accessible by car while still being very close to the town center. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The traditional breakfast was delicious.

If there is one hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Alaçatı/Çeşme, it is GAIA Alaçatı Bazaar. We traveled from the United States and have stayed at many luxury five-star hotels over the years, but I can honestly say we have never experienced hospitality, care, and attention like we did here. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. Our room was already ready, so we were able to check in early at around 9:00 in the morning, which was a great way to start our vacation. Right after checking in, we received a WhatsApp message with recommendations for the best beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, cafés, and places to visit around the area. It made planning our trip incredibly easy. Anytime we needed anything during our stay, all we had to do was send a quick message, and someone responded almost immediately. I have never stayed at a hotel where communication was this easy and convenient. I especially want to thank Berkant because he truly made our vacation unforgettable. He was always checking in on us, making sure everything was going well, and helping with anything we needed, even things outside of the hotel. Since we did not rent a car, transportation could have been stressful, but Berkant always found us rides within minutes. He even arranged an amazing private driver for our trip to Ephesus. The driver took us there, waited while we explored the ancient sites, and brought us safely back to the hotel for a much better price than any other option we found. On the day we left for the airport, we accidentally forgot our passports at the hotel. Berkant immediately called and texted us so we could turn around before it became a huge problem. He honestly saved our trip. Eylül was just as incredible. Every morning she greeted us with a smile, remembered our breakfast preferences, and happily made dietary adjustments for us. Her service was better than what I have experienced at many restaurants.
