Good value for money

Our goal was to spend one night. Advantages of apartments: 1) underground parking 2) can accommodate up to 7 people (1 sofa downstairs, 3 beds in one room and 1 bed in another room) 3) there was a snack for breakfast 4) this is the only apartment of 5 for our vacation, where the batteries were turned on in advance and we did not have to freeze 5) comfortable beds. The host also kindly communicated with us until 23:00 (we had a late check-in) - thanks a lot.

Cons that can be improved: 1) we arrived in a crossover type car and the car - it barely fit into the garage - we need to remove the shelves at the end of the garage so that the car can fit there. 2) The host sent a video instruction from 4 files and I had to ask additional questions, although it was enough just to make instructions from text and photos.: a) you need to pick up the key from the box on the balcony with a combination lock b) you need to use a keychain to get to the parking garage around the corner c) you need to open garage No. 8 (it has no key) d) you need to go up to the 1st floor by stairs or elevator around the corner 3) Breakfast is simple - don't expect to eat a big meal (we had food with us, so we weren't upset) - it's better to call it a snack. 4) you need to change the key box on the balcony, because it is very small for this key.

Soggiorno piacevole.

La struttura è stata confortevole e molto spaziosa. Erano presenti anche alcuni giochi in scatola per i bambini. L'appartamento era già riscaldato al nostro arrivo e c'era anche la colazione inclusa oltre che il garage privato (attenti ai bauletti sopra la vettura che non passano perché l'altezza del garage è piccola). Soggiorno piacevole.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable

Le rapport qualité prix imbattable avec un petit déjeuner complet (fruits frais, biscottes, petits pains et brioches certes industriels mais franchement bienvenus, thé, chocolat, café, lait, beurre et même de quoi dejeuner si on était restés (pâtes, riz…)

Le contact rude du propriétaire… pourtant faut passer outre si on peut! C’est un ours et franchement pas agréable au début. Trouver la boîte à clef est facile si on suit à la lettre les instructions (un peu dans le désordre). Pour avoir 0 difficulté Je conseille donc aux gens de soigneusement prendre en photo ce qu’il met sur le site (photos, textes…) et/ou de recopier les infos : avec patience et méthode Cest finalement très facile. Nous sommes venus en hiver donc pas de pb de Clim… le chauffage était mis. 1 nuit très bien (de passage vers le ski).

Communicatie in het frans want zijn engels is slecht. Had hem 2 x gebeld omdat de garage niet open ging.werd niet opgenomen. Spullen door het hele huis lijkt wel een kringloop. In de gang lege dozen. Ontbijt stelt niks voor.

Impeccable, je recommande !

Localisation très pratique, proche commodités (resto, épiceries…) et proche de l’autoroute. Pas trop bruyant. Appartement entier avec les 2 chambres à coucher à l’étage avec absolument tout ce qu’il faut (pour manger, dormir, se laver…). Et surtout un rapport qualité/prix incroyable pour une nuit en famille de 4.

Au top pour une pause sur la route

Idéal pour une escale sur la route vers le sud. Proche de l'autoroute. Échange par message avec l'hôte. Réactif et sympathique. Necessaire pour le petit-déjeuner à disposition. Tout est disponible, pas besoin de décharger tous les sacs! Nous repasserons par là à l'occasion.

Tout est pensé pour recevoir et amuser petits et grands . Jeux gadgets gel douche tout y est ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait irréprochable. Le propriétaire est Calme patient et professionnel .

Que tenía pensado cada detalle, el desayuno, los patinetes y accesorios de baño, de cama y de cocina. Me ha gustado mucho. Lo recomiendo

Lo único que no me gustó fue las láminas que hay en el balcón que quitaban la vista aunque bueno, daban un poco más de intimidad por estar a pie de calle el balcon.

Nous ne sommes resté que pour la nuit.

Par manque d'information nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à récupérer les clés. D'après notre hôte il avait envoyé les informations à Booking mais nous n'avons rien eu. Il a donc fallu passer des coups de téléphone et les premiers échanges ont été un peu rudes.

Emplacement en proximité du centre ville, emplacement du garage à l'abris des regards, appartement tès calme et agréable à vivre et lumineux. appartement silencieux, le volume de l'appartement. la superficie des chambres. le petit déjeuner simple sans chichi.

Le confort du canapé. manque de table de nuit avec lampe de chevet. le café moulu pour le petit déjeuner(humour) la clef de fermeture du garage box.

Appartement simplement bien placé avec du potentiel pour visite ou halte , a recommandé

La résidence sécurisé, son emplacement , au pied de la gare , a une rue du centre qui est magnifique , moins d'une demi heure de Lyon Pardieu . Super potentiel

Comme l' appartement semble débuter dans la location , il est simple et manque juste que quelques ameublements tel que des lampes chevets , une bouilloire électrique que je n'ai pas trouvé et quelques décorations murales pour y faire un nid douillet mais c'est vraiment juste ça car le fait qu'il soit si bien placé , vous avez qu'une envie c'est de faire un tour dehors!

De chercher la boîte à clé sur un balcon et d'avoir oublié un short de marque que le propriétaire préfère jeter que de vous le faire parvenir car il a autre chose à faire et très mal aimable
