Very good apartment, well located for our travels to an from the South of France so would stay again

A very clean, comfortable. spacious and well equipped apartment with bars, restaurants and shops a short walk away. Parking was fairly straightforward and communication with our host was very good.

The fact it was convenient to move around.

When we first arrived at the place it was very nice as an xbox was included which made my son very happy and beds were comfortable however it seemed as if they rationed the essential supplies. Even though they include a “starting essentials pack” of toiletries and other things such as garbage bags, when we arrived there was 1/4 of a paper towel roll, a total of three toilet paper rolls, one full and the other two rolls that were used with almost no paper left. Lastly they provided us with one singular garbage bag in the bin with none to spare! This was absolutely absurd as we stayed for four nights and were provided with almost nothing to support our stay. There were also no cutting knives only butter knives. I truly wonder what the essential pack means as the kit is clearly based on luck and how much effort the owners are willing to put in, not based on the amount of days you are there for and how many guest are staying which is truly disappointing as this apartment is rated so high.

Great stopover to break up journey

A spacious apartment with great use of the space available and modern decor. Loved the large tv, comfy beds and space. Great restaurant options within 11 mins walk

The entrance is a bit quirky, a door to a courtyard then up some very steep steps. The fitting for the blind kept falling offf the window as it’s not a screw in mechanism .

Everything was clean and tidy. There were even bottles of water, tea and coffee there for us. A bonus was a smart tv with netflix and an Xbox. It has a shower and bath. Also the area was fantastic!

Absolutely perfect!

We booked a stay at the apartment for two nights for 4 persons and 2 dogs and were absolutely satisfied with our stay. Therefore, we can warmly recommend the apartment. Check in and check out where very easy and well communicated. While it wasn’t easy to find the apartment in the building the description of the owner made it very clear, where we needed to go and what we should do in order to check in. Regarding the communication with the owner, we felt taken care of very very well! The contact was very warm and friendly at all times. He was accessible for all of our questions and provided help at any time. Besides that, a very nice message alongside some small attentions waited for us when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment itself seemed recently renovated and made a very clean and cozy impression. While we only spend little time in the apartment, as we were very active during our stay, we enjoyed every single moment there and had resting nights. Overall, we had a perfect stay. The apartment itself met our expectations and the superb contact to the owner of the apartment exceeded our expectations by far! I’m happy to recommend this apartment to anyone who is searching for a stay in this wonderful region of France!

One of the best apartments that we visited in France. Very spacious, cozy, comfortable, clean, everything that traveller needs. We got very clear instructions of getting inside and finding parking place. Romain was very welcoming and always ready to help. Special thanks for chocolate and exbox, that was a pleasure for a child.

Excellent stay at the travel home!

Great Location in the middle of town and a very nicely decroated and renovated apartment. Beautiful kitchen - interesting bedrooms seperated by a common bathroom. A second bathroom/WC was great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was a bit too hot for our liking - radiators took a bit to understand.

Slechte ervaring. Wij hebben besloten niet in dit veblijf te verbliijven (zie hierboven)

wij hebben geboekt, betaald en security deposit gedaan. Wij hebben het nummer in de straat niet kunnen vinden. Geprobeerd conctact te krijgen, maar telefonisch contact werd geweigerd. Per Whattsapp gaf hij aan dat de security deposit niet was doorgekomen. Moesten we via zijn link opnieuw doen (€350 - is 3x de waarde van de boeking). Wij vertrouwde de zaak niet en uiteindelijk kregen wij de toegangscode niet. Wij zijn naar een ander hotel in de stad gegaan.

Pour l'emplacement à quelques pas de la rue Nationale, nous reviendrons. Et on s'y sent TRÈS bien

L'appartement est TRÈS confortable et très bien agencé. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, l'espace a permis à chacun de profiter de ce séjour de Noël 🎄 Et même le père Noël a trouvé l'adresse !

La circulation sur la rue est bruyante. Et comme c'était un séjour Noël, jusqu'à tard !

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie mitten in der City!

Schönes, geräumiges Apartment mitten in Villefranche, fußläufig von Geschäften & Restaurants entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für den täglichen Bedarf war alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Appartement confortable à l'entrée surprenante !

Tout d'abord la disponibilité de Romain, ses explications envoyées sont claires. Merci ! Ensuite, l'appartement situé non loin d'une rue principale et commerçante est bien aménagé et propose de petits services et produits de 1ère nécessité, c'est top ! Évidemment, on voit qu'il a été rénové au départ d'une vieille bâtisse (certaines portes et le parquet à certains endroits en témoignent) mais ça donne du charme ... Possibilité de se garer dans la rue mais pas de parking privatif.

A votre arrivée, courage ! Il faut absolument oublier la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble peu accueillante, le dédale qui mène à l'appartement, la cour intérieure (avec des poubelles qui le jour de notre passage débordaient, un sol irrégulier en béton verdi) et une série d'escaliers pas très aisés, le tout dans un état de propreté et odorant vraiment limites ! PAR CONTRE, lorsque l'on ouvre la porte de l'appartement la surprise est là et tout va bien quand vous êtes à l'intérieur.

Goede locatie voor doorreis naar het zuiden

De accommodatie was goed uitgerust alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, mooie aankleding. Top geregeld met deurcode en foto's hoe je binnen komt. We moesten alleen even wennen aan de buitenkant en hoe je het appartement moest betreden. Dankjewel voor de goede zorgen.

Le fonctionnel porte bien son nom. Emplacement, idéal, spacieux, avec une belle décoration, tout équipé… deux grandes chambres, salle de bain équipée, d’une grande douche et d’une baignoire : l’embellie. Pour résumer, on a l’impression d’être chez soi.

Franchement, Tout!!!! Romain est un hôte adorable réactif et à l’écoute!

Un appartement vraiment propre et très bien équipé

Ce logement est un appartement indépendant et non un hôtel (similaire à ceux que l'on trouve sur une plateforme bien connue de reservations de logements entiers). Pour faire simple: tout est absolument fantastique. Je voyage très souvent et dans de tous les types de logements possibles et j'ai rarement vu un lieu aussi propre, aussi moderne avec un équipement complet et bien entretenu. L'immeuble en lui-même est plutôt rustique et d'un autre temps mais dès que l'on passe la porte de cet appartement, c'est un veritable lieu de confort et d'elegance qui s'offre à nous. Tous les equipements sont vraiment d'une qualité inégalée contrairement à ce que l'on trouve souvent sur des appartements à location de courte durée. Foncez y les yeux fermés.

S'il fallait chipoter, je dirais que l'isolation thermique est un peu surprenante. Ayant voyagé au mois de Septembre, les journées étaient chaudes et les nuits fraiches et c'est exactement ce que l'on ressent dans l'appartement. Il faisait vraiment chaud dans le logement le soir et tres frais le matin. D'ailleurs je n'ai pas dormi dans les draps tant il faisait chaud et en fin de nuit j'avais très froid (il n'y avait d'ailleurs pas de couette, mais peut être qu'elle etait dans un placard et que je ne l'ai pas trouvée). La connection Wi-Fi n'est pas extraordinaire non plus, malgré ce qui est mis en avant sur l'annonce.
