Adriana was extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment was super clean, spacious and very comfortable. The complementary water and fruit were very welcome. The kitchen was well equiped and the washing machine was really appreciated as we were there for nearly two weeks. Located near to tram station and close walking distance to beach (there is a beach chair and an umbrella in the apt). The castle is nearby and the harbour a little bit further. The area the apartment is in felt very safe.
The apartment is on the ground floor on a corner. Opposite is a bar and the bar's customers sit on a wall looking into the windows on one side and at tables looking in on the other side. If you want the metal shutters open on the really large windows there is no privacy at all; the alternative is to sit in the dark with the shutters down. I think maybe venetian blinds would help to let light in, but give more privacy. Noise wasn't really an issue because the bar closed fairly early.
