Barrio Luzan 2 by United Renters

Bardzo przyjemny apartament z widokiem na Zamek św. Barbary. Atrakcyjne położenie - blisko starego miasta, trzy kroki od Bazyliki św. Marii, niedaleko do trasy spacerowej na Zamek św. Barbary. Gustownie i praktycznie urządzony, w pełni wyposażony. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Jedynym minusem był nieprzyjemny zapach wydzielający się co jakiś czas z rur - zwłaszcza wieczorami i w nocy, na pewno jest to związane ze starą instalacją starego miasta. Przy czym, zdaję sobie sprawę z tego, że z tym problemem boryka się wiele miast, zwłaszcza ze starymi budynkami, więc niedogodność do przeżycia 😉 Po prostu wietrzyliśmy częściej apartament.

Ubicación fantastica y apartamento muy cómodo.

Olor importante a desagüe en el baño y mas pequeño que lo que parece en las fotos, pero suficiente para una buenísima estancia.

L'appartement est très bien placé, fonctionnel, confortable et propre. En réalité il serait presque parfait.

L'odeur d'égout remontant de l'ensemble des canalisations de l'appartement sont très dérangeantes. étant seulement là pour trois nuits, nous nous en sommes accommodés mais c'est vraiment désagréable. Aérer n'y change rien. L'eau du robinet de la cuisine a également une odeur très forte.

The location was excellent, just off the main square and a 5 min walk from the promenade/beach front. Quiet streets away from the main town but the apartment upstairs was quite noisy, an hear people going up and down stairs and walking about. Perfect for 2 friends. Could accommodate 2 couples or a family but as previous reviews, beds are both set against the wall so someone would have to climb over the other person to get out of bed. Didn’t really use the kitchen but it was very well equipped. Apartment was very clean (although we did find a charging lead trapped down the side of one of the beds). Beds were soooooo comfy, slept like an absolute log every night.

Maybe some noise buffering devices in the space outside the bathroom/kitchen windows as you can hear and smell what the people downstairs are saying/cooking. Blackout blind in the bedroom might help some but wasn’t an issue for us.
