Stephans Basilica premier apartment

The location and the price was very good. The tiny apartment has a small living with a couch and kitchen facilities, a bathroom with large shower and two tiny rooms. Basically you can have 4 adults and 2 kids or teens sleeping in there, but don't expect too much room. If you only want to sleep in there for a cityscape, it's fine, but not for longer stays.

The rooms are so tiny that you can barely crawl into the bed. In one of the rooms you physically don't have enough space to walk in the room, but have to crawl on the bed directly from the entry. Plus the host didn't answer the phone once she got the money, not even to tell us the WiFi password.

I had to wait for 45 minutes before the host arrived. Very inconvenient and unexpected.

There were several issues - 1) no response from the host once key were given after a 45-minute wait, 2) there was no wi-fi even though they provided user/password - there was no such available at the location, 3) the air conditioning was leaking right in the middle of the living room which was extremely messy and uncomfortable, 4) no hot water the first day. What was the worst was the attitude from the host.
