The interior design was cool,

Lack of kitchen utensils, there weren’t enough utensils to cook, just a tiny pot and a frying pan. The air conditioner’s remote control batteries were empty, we had to use ours. The towel holder in the bathroom was broken. The communication was poor, the host took 13h to respond to our kitchen issue. A tourist couple knocked at our door claiming :we’re here to check-in and the host is not picking up our calls since an hour ago.
