物超所值，一間雙人房才1100，但空間媲美2000多的房間，房間乾淨舒適，浴室乾濕分離很大間，備有茶水點心和日用品，老闆娘會接送服務，也關心旅客，有小廚房和共用家庭冰箱，一樓沙發超大，還有高腳椅長桌和電視，沙發有兩座很新很軟很舒服，外面的鐵門睡前能拉下，沒有門禁，地理位置方便，整棟非常舒服乾淨溫馨高級。

雖然地點不算在市中心，但如果有交通工具，移動上非常方便。走路大約一分鐘就有一間全家便利商店，臨時想買東西也完全不用擔心。
