Wave 1 min walk to beach Near Kos Center

Flat is clean, with everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Rena is a very attentive host. The flat is in a busy area with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, but still very quiet. Kos town centre is 10mins walk away. Beach is literally 1 minute away.

We had the most enjoyable stay in this apartment. The host Rena was super helpful and accommodating to us from the start and she was easy to reach if we had any questions. It makes the visit that much more enjoyable when the host is such a nice person. Overall the apartment was super clean. It was calm during night-time (some traffic sounds but it did not bother us) and comfortably spacious for 2 persons during our 5-night stay. The location is superb! Right by the beach and also a short walk away from town centre.

Before talking about the house, I want to mention our host, Rane. I couldn't have received such a warm and helpful welcome even if I were visiting my family! They had prepared Christmas cookies and snacks, and there were plenty of skincare stuff. She really thought of every comfort for the holidays. She's such a kind and thoughtful person. I'm so glad we met! 🌸 As for the house, its location was very close to the port and market where we disembarked. It's also a pleasant and short walk to the center. There's a lovely cafe below our accommodation, usually frequented by the sweet aunts and uncles of the neighborhood. Sitting on the balcony to the pleasant music they played was delightful. It's a great location for those who want a local experience. Plus, the beach is right behind the apartment. Since we stayed for 4 days, I wanted to cook with different sauces, and they had all the kitchen equipment I needed. As someone who enjoys spending time in the kitchen, this feature really won me over. They also had additional appliances like a filter coffee machine and a toaster. We owe the delicious dinner that evening and the warm sandwiches I prepared for our nature trip the next day to Rane. The peaceful and practical atmosphere of the house was exactly what I was looking for. The fact that it looked exactly like the photos when I arrived also made me feel safe. You can trust them completely regarding cleanliness. And you don't need to have any doubts about the privacy of the apartment. Rena is always there to answer any questions or needs you may have.
