Well located for central Vienna, everything works, three supermarkets nearby, clean and quiet.
The neighbourhood is rather dull and the flat is a 1990s time capsule that's now looking tired. It's on the second floor, but while there's a lift, guests cannot use it. I learned from a resident that the lift was installed some years back at the expense of the people who live on the upper floors, so while they can use it (they have electronic keys), people on the lower floors can't.

El salón era bastante amplio y cálido
El sofa bastante cómodo para dormir y la verdad que no pasamos frio .
La dificultad de acceder a las llaves del apartamento, creandonos un sobre coste del taxi ya que tuvimos que esperar casi 1 hora para que nos las entregasen en un punto diferente al apartamento contratado y tener que desplazarnos a otro punto para devolverlas .
No tener acceso al ascensor ,ya que íbamos con un bebe y varias maletas
Y había un olor desagradable en el apartamento y la mayoría de los armarios estaban cerrados y solo se disponía de uno en toda la casa .
