A localização é muito boa! Perto de diferentes linhas de metro, com restaurante e lojas muito perto do quarto. E o quarto bastante confortável.

L'emplacement est assez proche du coeur de ville même à pied. Le métro est proche du studio. Des magasins et épiceries sont également à proximité et 2 musées sont également tout à côté.
Le revers de la médaille, la vie nocturne alors qu'il n'y a aucune isolation phonique. Que ce soit dans la rue ou à l'intérieur, on a l'impression d'avoir les voisins ou les passants dans le studio. J'ai investi dans des boules quies après avoir subi la 1ère nuit jusqu'à 4h du matin. Il est précisé qu'il y a une terrasse, c'est plutôt un mini balcon occupé par le bloc clim.

Excellente localisation près de bons restos, d’une station de métro et des principaux lieux touristiques.
Petitesse de la douche et manque d’insonorisation mais on s’en est bien accommodé.

Son positionnement
Plus de la moitié de ses équipements étaient sales, les ustensiles de cuisines, le sol, la salle de bain, pleins de traces sur les coussins. Je n’avais pas un drap pour le lit mais une couverture. Dans la salle de bain, la porte ne se ferme pas et la porte de la douche est cassé.
