Cozy apartment in Oslo

Goede inrichting. Goede bedden. Dit bij tramhaltes naar het centrum. We adviseren gebruik te maken van de geboden parkeerfaciliteit, omdat er in de directe omgeving weinig vrij plaatsen zijn. Communicatie goed!

We misten een waterkoker.

The location of the property was perfect for our stay as we were so close to friends that live in Oslo. The building itself was impressive, and the apartment couldn’t have been any more inviting, with its typical Scandinavian styling and comfortable furniture. Worth noting that it was next to a primary school so there’s play facilities for little ones next door. They were great, and easily available as the schools were on summer break. Close to a tram stop and no more than a 10 minute walk downhill to a small supermarket.

A few amenities like an iron and hairdryer would have been good. Mainly as we were visiting for a wedding. Not a negative in any way. Just worth noting.

If you are looking for a standalone apartment in Oslo in a quiet part of town, I can wholeheartedly recommend this one. I traveled to Oslo for 2 live music shows and sightseeing in between. I picked this aparment because of the close proximity to the tram route, as well as the concert venue at Grefsenkollen, so I could get there and back on foot. There is a tram station nearby which takes you to the centre in max 20 min with all main attractions in walking distance. The interior design is fantastic, the apartment is very funtional and cozy. The kitchen/living room is facing south, so it is very sunny in the morning. There is a school outside so if you are visiting during school year, on weekday mornings you will hear children playing outside, which alltogether created a really positive, idyllic vibe for me. The surrounding area is residential and quiet with scenic views of the city below. All necessary facilities are available, so if you need to cook your meal, wash and dry your clothes or just hang out, you are covered. I had some downtime on two days before my shows and I enjoyed just hanging out at the apartment and resting while reading or watching netflix.

Goede en rustige locatie op loopafstand bij de tram. Auto gemakkelijk te parkeren bij de accommodatie. De accommodatie is uitgebreid uitgerust.

Het is even wennen om in een huis te komen waarin ook dagelijks gewoond wordt. Tenminste zo lijkt het.
