- ruhige Gegend - Parkplatz vor dem Haus - in der Nähe eines Parks - 200-450 m von der Bushaltestelle (Bus 60) - viel Platz im Haus - nette Nachbarn, auch jene die das Studio direkt nebenan gebucht hatten - in der Nähe eines modernen Gyms
- leider nicht besonders sauber (insbesondere Toiletten, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine und Waschküche, Teppiche) - komischer Geruch in der Küche - Lounge im Garten teilweise defekt - nur 1 kleine Dusche in Keller mit Duschvorhang
