I liked the scenery, air conditioning, and the overall atmosphere of the apartment. Bathroom was very nice minus weak toilet. Clothes Washer was nice.

Location, utilities (dishwasher, pots and pans, dish watching materials. no hand towels just paper towels, toilet plumbing), smelly apartment, no benches outside and no place to take out my trash. it was also not listed where to take out the trash. Couch was broken, lots of things also needed batteries (ex the clock table and the scale in the bathroom).

If you look for discrete and quiet place to stay there it is. The tranquility and the silence is unmatched. It’s a peaceful place and the window view is amazing. If you plan to party this is not a place for you.

There are a few key points which I must address: Guests are offered early check in at €60 for 3 hours. On the other hand I have to request the instructions even those are sent automatically. I received the instructions 19 minutes over the check in time. Lucky enough to get help and assistance from a neighbour. While we were waiting to receive the check in instructions we realised that in the property descriptive images is one in particular which has no connection with this property. The property is located in an absolutely regular house and there is no grandiose entrance structure. For accuracy I do appreciate that image as being misplaced next to the actual images representing the loft. I must say that was confusing at the time of drop off. Once inside we noticed aspects that must be corrected: Insisting on cleaning is a necessity, not a choice! Essentials: Coffee and Sugar is a decent thing to have! - on the 2nd of May, morning time an order for couple coffees was made at a cost of £11. Two hours waiting for a non existent delivery. Every 20 minutes our order was postponed. So we had the coffee in Geneva around noon. Communication has to be improved: If a reservation falls on national holiday the guest has to be reminded of the fact that he got very limited options for the day! It will make a huge difference if the property will consider to change the bed linen and the pillows. I do believe it’s time sensitive. As a guest you are expected to take out the trash out. Thing is that you need to pay some little money to access the containers since there are recycling options… You cannot open the lid without paying… Judging the experience, I am assessing this property as overpriced for the conditions offered. If the main points made are immediately resolved it might be worth to be reserved in the future.
