Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie. De ligging was uitstekend, de woning was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was compleet uitgerust, waardoor je er gemakkelijk zelf kunt koken. Ook het contact met de beheerder verliep uitstekend; via e-mail werd snel en vriendelijk gereageerd. Daarnaast was er een kinderbedje aanwezig, wat erg prettig was.
Het enige minpunt was dat de woning slechts één badkamer heeft. Daarnaast vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding aan de hoge kant; voor deze prijs hadden we iets meer verwacht.

Quiet and aesthetically stylish 3-floor condo with lovely open kitchen/dining/living space on the middle floor. Beds are very comfortable. Onsite parking accommodates 2 vehicles.
Well-located in First Hill neighborhood adjacent to Capitol Hill neighborhood. Just a few blocks walk to a great food co-op and/or a Trader Joe's on Madison St. Public transit runs nearby; on Madison St. the G Line Rapid Ride runs quickly downtown and towards the waterfront.
The owner is responsive if you have questions or needs.
There really isn't a "front" of the condo, and views out the window are not that charming. Access is via the alley, and drivers must navigate an array of trash and recycling bins; it's do-able, but don't be distracted by the surprise alley art gallery while you are parking! It's tight urban living.
Three floors means two sets of stairs, which are built in a kind of spiral. Not a problem unless guests have mobility issues. .

The home is very comfortable. Nice to have parking, a garage for storage if needed and three bedrooms. Our full size truck was tight outside parking, but fit. We would stay here again, gladly.

Our family of six had a wonderful and comfortable three-night stay. The home was very clean, and the host was kind and responsive. Check-in was easy with the keyless entry system.
Each room had its own mini-split unit, which kept the house warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient.
We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Seattle. Highly recommend!
A couple of small things to keep in mind: there is 1.5 bathrooms, and the full shower is located on the third floor. Guests staying in the first-floor bedroom will need to use the stairs to access the shower.
Also, the first-floor bedroom is right by the entrance. When the door is opened, cold air from the garage and outside can come in, so it’s best to keep that bedroom door closed to stay warm.
