Soul Beach Colombo

Its a very good location. The property is spacious. Staff is very welcoming. I loved the property it has got almost everything. It could have been way better and I will type the reasons below. Overall its a great property but they can make it a gorgeous one with bit more planning. I would definitely go back but the dj at night and blocked views do make me think again. But its great with the staff ,security and vibes.. pool is cool as well but its placed right in the middle of outdoor tents ... As I said it has got everything maybe with bit more planning they can make it a wonderful one.

2nd floor doors doesn't have a lock. There was a tent right in front of the property blocking the gorgeous sun set view which is a disgrace considering the amount we are paying. That tent has to be set up in a different style so that people living in the property gets the view.. With it being a beach property and the beach arena being full, there is dj playing every day until 1 o clock. If you are looking to sleep, like I did will have to go and speak to the dj to reduce the volume which they will do and I really appreciate that.. maybe soundproofing can help...

The food was good. But you have to pay the full prices as same as an outsider

The place is rusty. You do not get a private pool even though it says so in the advertisement. The balcony door cannot be closed. We asked them multiple times to fix it, but nothing happened. We had to tie it with a belt so no one could break in. Do not book this in weekends if you want a proper sleep. There was a band and a dj playing right next to us (In their very own restaurant). Appreciate if this was mentioned prior arrival. You get a kettle but only get English breakfast tea bags. not even a coffee sache!
