Stylish Downtown Condo near Rogers Place l Parking, Pool, Gym, Balcony & Kitchen

Location was good, just off Jasper Avenue and close to pleasant walks along River Valley. Recommend the River Valley parkrun, if you are there on a Saturday morning.

It was a good place, clean comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Hosts were very helpful. Small amenities like snacks on the table and toiletries and soap made things quite pleasant. However the final steps to get into the property were onerous and included submitting photo id and filling out a questionnaire, something that is not typical for booking .com properties. Although the space was comfortable, it would be much better if there were fewer artificial plants taking up floorspace and making it more difficult for us to navigate moving suitcases and plugging in electronics.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, well equipped, well located , parking, great helpful hosts.

While the bed was super comfortable, the bedroom is a bit tight if you like to live out of a suitcase. The hot water is sometimes slow to arrive, but be patient and you will be rewarded.

Nice enough apartment in a decent location at a good price.

The check in process is pretty ridiculous. I think there were about four separate third-party platforms involved including a mandatory step with selfies to match your drivers license, and a payment platform outside booking.com for the damage deposit. Some of the automated messages from these platforms were straight up incorrect. Also, whatever plugin air freshener they were using in the apartment was wildly excessive and the place stunk of cheap perfume the entire stay even after unplugging it.
