We’re located in the beautiful Oliver neighbourhood — one of the most loved areas in the city.
You’ll be close to everything: great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and unique local stores. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re here for work, school, or a city getaway.

Bus to West Edmonton Mall – 5 minute walk
Grant MacEwan University –5 minute walk
Bus to University of Alberta – 5 minute walk
Bus to NAIT – 10 minute walk
Free parking is included if you’re driving.

Use makeup wipes (not towels)
Keep windows closed in winter
🔔 For safety, there is a doorbell camera outside the building. 24/7 security for the building.

Came up for convention and stayed here for the night. Apartment was exactly as shown. Had everything we needed - was quiet and comfortable. Great location just off downtown core, but still close to everything. Host replied quickly when we had questions. Will definitely stay here again if we come up to the city. Totally recommend!!
