Locatie in Londen is erg goed. Woonkamer is ruim.

Bij aankomst klopte de gekregen code niet. Host reageerde niet op bellen, alleen op berichten. Responstijd was ok. Informatie op booking over parkeren in de straat klopte niet. Je kan niet gratis parkeren (alleen in het weekend). Keuken valt zo goed als uit elkaar (maar werkt wel). Veeeel te weinig keukengerei (borden, bekers, glazen, bestek). Bedden/matrassen heel erg slap. Wel genoeg ventilatoren voor warme dagen. Tegenover het appartement werd door buren hard tegen elkaar geschreeuwd/ruzie.

Super localisation, rue calme, quartier agréable et pratique pour visiter Londres. Appartement propre et conforme aux photos. L’hôte a été serviable et accommodant.

Positives: · Great location – the apartment was well-situated for exploring London. · Spacious and comfortable for our family during the 5-night stay. · The host was responsive and proactive – when we raised issues, they sent a cleaner within 24 hours to sort out the fans and do some extra cleaning. · When we flagged the parking confusion, the host acknowledged their error, offered a refund, and genuinely followed through by reimbursing all our weekday parking fees after we sent the receipts. · Good value for the space and location overall.

Negatives: · The apartment was extremely hot during our stay, and the only cooling provided were small tabletop fans – which were too weak to make a real difference, especially during the heatwave. · Cleanliness wasn't up to standard on arrival – we noticed dust on table tops, blinds, and the fans themselves were quite dirty. We'd suggest the host instruct their cleaner to pay more attention to detail, especially during summer when dust builds up quickly. . Also worth noting for future guests: the apartment has an indoor staircase with no safety gate or guardrail. Families travelling with toddlers should be aware of this, as it could pose a risk. · The parking situation was misleading – the listing advertised free parking at all times, but we arrived to find it's actually only free on weekdays after 5:30 PM and all day on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). During weekday daytime hours, you have to pay. The host did refund us after we raised it, which we appreciate, but we strongly recommend they update the listing clearly so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking. · Overall, while the host handled our complaints well, the combination of heat, and dust, took away from what could have been a great stay. ─── Good potential, but the listing needs updating and the apartment needs better cooling and deeper cleaning for summer stays.
