Battersea Power Station Suite

Location, 5 min walk to tube, Battersea power stations shopping precinct, a local couple of shops for daily essentials.

Bins were full, been a couple of days of rubbish within, emptied next day as soon as found. Parking was frustrating as up a side street with opportunity only space which could frustrate locals, unfair on booker where there are spaces for each apartment in building. A sensible compromise would be for collocated owners to move their car, for the booker to use one of their spaces, especially the allocated apartment space. The apartment was extremely warm, positioned top floor this could be supported with aircon fitted, 2 fans though provided some relief when windows closed to avoid local noise.

There was nothing not to like

The location was great - for local amenities and for getting into the centre of London too. The flat was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed. The temperatures were high when we visited and it was lovely to arrive and see a fan had been left in each bedroom. The balcony with outside space was an added treat too.I had to contact the owner, Jorge, a couple of times and he was quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely book again for future trips.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing i'd add is that there were 5 of us staying and we made use of the sofa bed. Maybe having a topper for this would make it a little comfier to sleep on.

Good location, good value for money

Host unresponsive, no wifi and no dishwasher which should be clear in amenities and we got accosted be neighbours who said that property is being illegally sublet which wasn’t a great experience.
