The fridge was broken, the wifi didn’t work

Muy comodo y limpio. La ubicacion excelente. A 4 cuadras de la terminal de trenes de Graz y a 20 minutos caminando del centro historico.. Habia maquina para cafe y nos dejaron capsulas para usarla. Muy bueno.

Podria tener un microhondas. Las tasitas eran de cafe. De repente agregar 4 tasas mas grandes.

Комфортные апартаменты,со всем необходимым для полноценного жилья. На кухне есть все необходимое для того, чтоб готовить. Хозяева позаботились о чае и кофе-это приятно. Очень удобно,что есть стиральная машина,можно постирать и высушить одежду после долгой дороги.

Clean bed

Good price, but maintenance and cleanliness need improvement Overall Experience: The nightly rate was low for a small apartment, and the bed was clean, which was appreciated. However, even at a lower price point, basic hygiene, safety, and functional maintenance should be met. I would gladly have paid a bit more for a property that meets standard expectations. I am sharing this constructive feedback so the owner can make the necessary improvements for future guests. Building Entrance: The main entrance to the block felt unwelcoming, dirty, and poorly maintained, which makes for a disappointing first impression. Privacy & Security: The front door peephole/visor is uncovered, allowing people in the outside hallway to see directly into the flat. This needs to be covered for guest privacy. Bathroom: The light flickered constantly, the shower doors were damaged, and the shower head mount was installed too low (around 150 cm), making it impossible to take a hands-free shower from above. Overall cleanliness was lacking, and only small towels were provided. Kitchen: Due to the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen area, I did not feel comfortable using it. Walls & Furnishings: The walls are cracked and marked in several places. The furniture is heavily worn, and the sofa had visible dirt and cigarette burns. This property has good potential given its location and footprint, but it urgently needs a deep clean, minor repairs, updated furnishings, and full-sized bath towels.
