Orange Flat by GrazRentals Design Apartment 72m2 & Free Parking

Perfekte lage im univiertel. Schöner innenhof mit altem baumbestand. Keine parkplatzsuche, da man das auto im hof parkt. Das apartment ist großzügig, geschmackvoll, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit unseren enkelkindern sehr wohl gefühlt.

Everything was good. Appartement is spacious and comfortable for family. Location is also good.

We had a great experience! The property was easy to reach, with bus stations conveniently close by. We received the entrance code well in advance, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The flat itself was nice and cozy, with charming bedrooms — the kids especially loved the one decorated with orange mushrooms! There was a TV in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. A welcome bottle of water was also waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. There’s a bakery right under the apartment, which unfortunately is closed on weekends, but we enjoyed visiting it during the week. Luckily, there’s another excellent bakery just a 3-minute walk down the street that’s open on weekends too — both offer delicious coffee and pastries! The park is within walking distance, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center on foot. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

The only minor issue we encountered was a slight smell coming from the shower on a rainy day, but once we opened the windows and doors, it quickly went away and everything was fine.

Sehr sauberes und toll ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger Lage im Universitäts- und Villenviertel. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war prompt und unkompliziert. Eigener Parkplatz und Bäckerei im Haus gehörten zu den Annehmlichkeiten. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. Supermarkt, Restaurants und viele Bars im Umkreis von etwa 5 Minuten Gehzeit. Unser Dank gilt dem Team von GrazRentals Gudrun, Katja und Andreas. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen, dann werden wir ganz sicher diese Unterkunft auswählen.
