    Although the location offers convenient and quick access to the beaches, unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the constant noise from the nearby train line. Trains ran frequently and the vibration actually shook the rooms, making it very difficult to relax or sleep properly. Communication was also a major challenge. There was no one available who spoke English to assist us, which made resolving problems extremely frustrating. When we arrived, we were not provided with bedding, and ended up sleeping in our own towels. There was no housekeeping service during our stay. Basic necessities like toilet paper were not replaced. Maintenance was clearly lacking as well. The toilet was broken, the tap was broken, and at one point there was no water available. No drinking water was provided either. There was no internet access despite expectations. While the proximity to the beach is a positive, the lack of basic services, maintenance issues, and poor communication made this stay very uncomfortable and disappointing.
